build: add Linux-style version/codename block to the Makefile

Mirror the Linux kernel Makefile header: VERSION / PATCHLEVEL / SUBLEVEL /
EXTRAVERSION / NAME at the top, where NAME carries the release codename
(Titan). Resolves to 1.0.0-stable, kept in sync with include/init/version.h.
